The hotel offers everything you need, including English film channels if that's your preference. The rooms may need some dusting and renovations, and it seems they were occupied by others before my stay. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were a few incidents like cleaning my room without consent. The location is excellent, with convenient access to a mall and the corniche, although there were minor accessibility issues. The dining options were below average and quite expensive. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The hotel had comfortable rooms, with very helpful staff, although the wait time for room allocation was a bit long. The value for money was high, but additional fees for breakfast were unexpected.
The hotel rooms were quite decent, but a bit of a letdown as they didn't have the regular Saudi Arabian standard wall outlets for phone chargers, and the bed setup was not ideal for two adults and an infant. However, they are peaceful at the back of the Hotel, providing a quiet stay.
